The Broker Sprint. Why the busiest brokers are almost never the best paid.
The Actual Problem

You do not have a lead problem. You have a positioning problem that looks like one.

Referrals arrive when they arrive, and you cannot make an introducer think of you on a Tuesday.
Bought leads go to four other brokers, so you compete on speed of dial rather than quality of advice.
Boosted posts cost money and produce likes, never a conversation with somebody who can actually borrow.

When you are visible to everybody, you are chosen by nobody in particular. You get whoever happens to walk through the door, and whoever happens to walk through the door is, by definition, average.

What We Build

Four parts. In this order.

01
01

You choose the client

Not "business owners". A defined group with a shared problem you can name in a sentence, where you can explain why a normal broker handles them badly. Complexity is not a problem to avoid. It is the moat.

02
02

We rebuild the shopfront

Your profile stops being a CV and becomes sales copy aimed at one person. Headline, about, featured. Written for the client you chose, and nobody else.

03
03

The research layer

AI doing actual work rather than writing your posts. Their business, their situation, what changed recently. You turn up sounding like someone who has done the reading, because you have.

04
04

The sequence

The LINK Method. Four touches over weeks, not hours. No pitch anywhere before a conversation happens. One question per message. The only thing you are earning is a reply.

Where The AI Actually Sits

It does the reading. You do the talking.

Most AI training for brokers is about writing posts faster. That is the least useful thing it does, and it is why so much of it reads like everybody else.

01
01

Market research

A proper briefing on your niche before you speak to anyone in it. How their income is structured, where lenders get it wrong, what triggers a borrowing need and when. Work that used to take a week.

02
02

Prospect research

What changed at their firm recently, what they have said publicly, what position they are in. Four hours of digging per prospect becomes about thirty seconds, and the output is better than doing it by hand.

03
03

Your own voice

Trained on how you actually write, so the output sounds like you rather than a chatbot. That is the difference between using AI and being caught using AI.

The point is not that it saves you time. It is that it makes personalisation possible at a volume a person could not sustain.

The Eight Weeks

You do the work on the call. With me watching.

Not videos you will get to later. A small group, so I can see what you are actually doing.

Week 1Choosing who you are for+
  • Defining the niche properly, with evidence rather than a hunch
  • Why that group is underserved and by whom
  • The one sentence that explains what you do to them
Week 2Market analysis+
  • Deep research on the niche using AI properly
  • Their actual language, frustrations and trigger events
  • Where the lending friction sits for that group
Week 3The profile rebuild+
  • Headline, about section and featured, rewritten as sales copy
  • The three second and thirty second tests
  • Live review before it goes up
Week 4Building the list+
  • Sales Navigator filters that produce a timed list, not a long one
  • Buying signals and how to filter on them
  • Your first working prospect list
Week 5The sequence+
  • Writing all four LINK Method messages for your niche
  • Why the connection request stays blank
  • Setting the campaign up and switching it on
Week 6Content that carries+
  • A month of posts built in an afternoon, in your voice
  • Why external links suppress reach and what to do instead
  • The rhythm that keeps you visible without eating your week
Week 7Handling the replies+
  • Turning a reply into a conversation without pitching
  • Qualifying properly before you spend an hour on somebody
  • Live review of your actual conversations
Week 8Making it run without me+
  • What to measure weekly and what to ignore
  • Fixing the sequence when a message underperforms
  • Your ninety day plan from here
The Evidence

It did not peak and settle. It went up again.

Amanda PerryMortgage broker, London
Founding Cohort · Newport

A rewritten profile and one post produced a £700,000 mortgage enquiry. An enquiry, not completed business. It landed in week six, which is why this programme is now eight weeks rather than four.

David WinchurchWin Financial
Law Firm Niche · Month One

Over £3,500 plus protection commissions in his first month after niching into law firms. Gained the confidence to leave employment and go full time self employed.

JoeMortgage broker
Pilot Niche · Month One

£2,500 to £10,000 in month one after niching into pilots. Hit his full year revenue target by June. Now works roughly one appointment a week.

JoelMortgage broker
Commercial & Specialist Lending · £55,000

One commercial case, purpose built student accommodation, approved at a 0.75% procuration fee. Around £55,000 on a single deal.

A breath of fresh air, realigning my knowledge and efforts after being carried along and swamped by advice for the masses.

Gina Evans DipPFS Cert CIIMortgage broker, commercial and specialist
Property Developer Niche · Month One

Four days of activity in his first month running the campaign: a direct email from a buy, refurb and refinance company, a call booked with an architect, two collaboration conversations, and a five o'clock phone call from someone who had just parted ways with his existing finance broker.

Nothing has materialised into actual placed business yet, but it's a hell of a start having some of these conversations.

Ashley BennettAB Mortgages
Commercial Finance · Northern Ireland · £7,800

New brokerage, started from scratch in January. Two weeks to get set up. An asset finance case for a quantity surveying firm in Scotland, approved, £7,800 in commission. Alongside it: roughly half his connection requests accepted, over a quarter of those replying directly, and his network doubled in four or five weeks.

To get what I've got I would have needed nearly a full time person sat doing cold calling.

One client's results are one client's results. Yours will depend on your market, your niche, how much of the work you actually do, and how good you are with a client once you are in front of one. No promises are made.

Honestly

Who this is not for.

Do not join if

  • You want leads delivered to your inbox. I do not sell leads.
  • You cannot give it a couple of hours a week for eight weeks. You will not get the value and I would rather you kept your money.
  • You are not willing to pick a niche and say no to people outside it. That is the part everything else stands on.

It is built for you if

  • You have been doing this a while and you are good at the advice.
  • You are quietly sick of the size of the cases landing on your desk.
  • You want to own the system afterwards rather than rent it from anybody.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know.

I have tried LinkedIn and it did not work.+
Almost certainly true. Most brokers post about interest rates to an audience of other brokers and then conclude the platform is broken. The platform is not broken. The targeting was.
I am not technical.+
Neither was Amanda when we started. The tools take an afternoon. The thinking takes longer, and the thinking is the part I actually help with.
I have not got the time.+
That is the real one. So turn it round. How many hours currently go into cases that pay you a fraction of what a properly chosen client would? The time is not the problem. Where it is pointed is the problem. It is a couple of hours a week for eight weeks.
Will my network or compliance officer be happy with this?+
Everything we build is written to be compliance friendly and put in front of your network for sign off. You run your own firm's policy alongside what is taught here. AI Wealth Partners is not FCA regulated and gives no financial advice.
What happens after the eight weeks?+
You own everything. The profile, the research process, the sequences, the content system, all on your own accounts. Support continues inside the UHNW Deals community.
What happens when I apply?+
Dan reads it. If it looks like a fit you will have a short call, and it is a conversation about whether this is right for you rather than a pitch. Sometimes it is not the right thing and he will say so.
